A loyalty program that lives in your pocket
UrbanLine Club was built around one simple idea: regular customers deserve more than a paper punch card. The app replaces it with a digital member card, transparent point balance and a feed of what's happening in the club.

We are a startup from Almaty. We built UrbanLine Club for our own store, with care for the people who return to us.

Privacy & safety

Only the essentials
An account is a name plus a phone number or email — just enough for the club to recognize you at the counter.
You decide about notifications
Push notifications are strictly opt-in: news, offers and contest reminders. One toggle turns everything off.
No ads, no profiling
The app contains no advertising SDKs and sells nothing about you to anyone. There is simply no such pipeline.
Delete anytime
Account deletion is available right in the profile — no emails, no waiting periods, no dark patterns.

Frequent questions
Yes. UrbanLine Club is free to download and use. There are no subscriptions and no purchases inside the app.
Show the QR code of your member card at the counter. Qualifying purchases add 5% of the amount back to your balance as bonus points.
Tell the cashier you want to use your points before paying. They will be deducted from your balance, and the app reflects it instantly.
iPhone with iOS 16 or later, and Android 8.0 or later. The app is lightweight and works well on older devices too.
Open Profile → Delete account in the app. The account and its data are removed; the confirmation dialog explains exactly what is erased.
