This policy explains what data the UrbanLine Club loyalty app collects and how it is used. The short version: as little as possible, only to run the loyalty program.
An account consists of a name and a phone number or email address. The app stores your bonus point balance and its history, your member card number and your app settings (theme, notification preferences). If you take part in a contest, your entry text is stored for winner selection.
Data is used solely to operate the loyalty program: to identify you at the counter, to keep your point balance correct, to show you club news and offers, and to deliver push notifications if you opted in.
The app shows no advertising and integrates no advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share your data with data brokers. The app does not access your location, contacts, photos or microphone.
You can delete your account at any time from the app profile. Deleting the account removes your profile, member card and contest entries from our servers. Point history is erased with the account, as points are not transferable.
